Custom Showers Shipping Information


We offer the six selected models, accessorized as described in the provided literature. We guarantee to ship up to two of these selected models, as described with factory installed accessories to ensure code compliance, within 48 hours (two business days) of properly entered and acknowledged orders. Orders held for additional information or clarification are considered inactive.

Orders received after 12:00 PM (noon) CST will be considered active the next business day at 8:00 AM CST.

Cancellation of or changes to an order are not permitted after receipt of order.

Fiberglass Shower Stall Shipping Information

Many of our items require delivery via common carrier (freight truck) due to the size of the product. To provide a higher level of service, the common carrier (freight company) will work with you directly to arrange for a time and date of delivery. You may not receive tracking for your order prior to the delivery company calling you for delivery arrangements. Orders can not be canceled after shipment (Please refer to the Cancellation Policy). Refusal of a common carrier (freight company) delivery will result in you being charged shipping fees both to and from the shipping address.

The common carrier drivers bring your purchase to your delivery address for tailgate delivery. Tailgate delivery does not include delivery inside your home, apartment, or office. Please make sure you provide us the correct address for shipment; if the address is incorrect or you change addresses, shipping fees may be incurred. Drivers are expected to notify you of a delivery day, time and service options, so you can have the appropriate help available to get purchases into your home if necessary. If you are not at home when the delivery was scheduled and the freight company has to return with your order, a second delivery fee may apply based on the carrier. Special service options may be arranged directly with the freight company for additional charges payable to the freight company upon the time of delivery.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house, apartment, or business. Again, please consult the freight company for any special service options that may assist you with the delivery of your product. These special service options will result in additional charges payable to the freight company.

We expect our common carriers to be friendly, timely, and safe. Our primary goal is to have your purchase arrive as quickly as possible and in excellent condition. The most important thing to remember about freight company deliveries is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the Delivery Receipt and refuse the delivery. Then contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please call us on the next business day. We will request that replacement item(s) be sent free of charge. Please ask the freight company to leave a copy of the delivery receipt and or the freight company's name and trailer number so we may track the order back to our vendor or warehouse.

If you forget or do not notate any damages on your Delivery Receipt but find damages after the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours or we may not be able to replace your order. Another important reminder, it is your responsibility to receive and sign for the correct item and number of pieces, if you do not notate shipments that are incorrect and/or short pieces, we may not be able to replace your order. We ask you to keep the item for 30 to 45 business days before disposal of the damaged item should the shipper choose to inspect or pick-up the item.

Receiving Your Order

Products are warranted to be inspected and in excellent condition when they leave the shipping dock. Any damage to products, while in route, is the responsibility of the carrier.

To avoid unnecessary problems and refusal of damage
claims, it is the purchasers responsibility to agree to the following:

• First, alert your receiving personnel to the required procedures

• All deliveries must be properly inspected “on the spot” prior to signing the Delivery Receipt.

• QSI LTL Carrier: Product found to be damaged
upon inspection must be refused and not received
from the carrier.

• Receiver must notify purchaser or directly contact
customer service at Customer service will acknowledge the claim and
re-ship the replacement product immediately.

• Customer Requested LTL Carrier: Product found to
be damaged in transit via customer furnished truck must be accepted and noted on the Delivery Receipt, reported to purchaser & our customer service immediately to schedule repair or replacement
options available.
