How Soon Will You Ship my Order?
Orders typically ship within 48 hrs. (if in stock) or unless they are specified as Next Day Air or Second Day Air.
Please be aware that some Custom Grab Bar Orders can take as long as 3-5 weeks.

We expect our common carriers to be friendly, timely, and safe. Our primary goal is to have your purchase arrive as quickly as possible and in excellent condition. The most important thing to remember about freight company deliveries is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the Delivery Receipt and refuse the delivery. Then contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please call us on the next business day. We will request that replacement item(s) be sent free of charge. Please ask the freight company to leave a copy of the delivery receipt and or the freight company's name and trailer number so we may track the order back to our vendor or warehouse.
If you forget or do not notate any damages on your Delivery Receipt but find damages after the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours or we may not be able to replace your order. Another important reminder, it is your responsibility to receive and sign for the correct item and number of pieces, if you do not notate shipments that are incorrect and/or short pieces, we may not be able to replace your order. We ask you to keep the item for 30 to 45 business days before disposal of the damaged item should the shipper choose to inspect or pick-up the item.
UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS 2nd Day Air
Orders for in-stock items received by 1:30 EST will *usually ship the same day, excluding holidays and weekends. UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS 2nd Day Air orders for in-stock items received after 1:30 EST will *usually ship the next day, excluding holidays and weekends. UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS 2nd Day Air does not deliver on Saturday.
Orders for in-stock items *usually ship within 8 business hours, excluding holidays and weekends.
Special Order Items
Selecting UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Delivery will not expedite Special Orders. Custom Manufactured Products and Special Orders will usually ship in 14 days.
Back Order or Out of Stock Items
If we cannot ship your order complete, you will be contacted with further information.

Cancellations: Cancel or change an order by contacting our Customer Care Department at TOLL FREE: 1.800.707.5033 . Phone or e-mail messages requesting an order be changed or canceled received after business hours will be addressed the following business day.
Credit Card orders must be canceled the day they were placed, before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Merchant fees for Credit Card cancellations will be deducted from the refund. Merchant Transaction fees are as follows:
- Visa / MasterCard - 4.82% of total purchase price
- American Express - 6.8% of total purchase price
- Discover - 4.8% of total purchase price
Orders canceled after they've shipped will be treated as a return. Shipping and all associated costs will be deducted from refund.
Any order refused at delivery (without prior arrangement and approval of a Customer Care Specialist) will be treated as a return. Shipping and all associated costs including manufacturer's restock fees will be deducted from refund.
Custom/Made to Order Products: Manufacturer's restock fees will be deducted from refunds for all made-to-order items with custom fabric, options, upgrades or other modifications after manufacturing has begun if cancelled refused or returned.
